Happy 60th Birthday Wilderness!

The Wilderness Act is turning 60! On September 3, 1964, after eight years and 66 revisions, President Lyndon B. Johnson signed the Wilderness Act into law. Help wish Wilderness happy birthday by spending the day conducting solitude monitoring, patrolling, or trailhead hosting on your favorite Wilderness Area trail. Then help ESWA celebrate again at our Annual Meeting on September 28 (hint: there will be birthday cake – ESWA is also celebrating its 30th!).
